BoatSpace × Rhodes Marina: our partnership expands to the dry dock management

We started with the marina — and now we have expanded to the boatyard. Rhodes Marina is extending its partnership with BoatSpace by adopting our new Dry Dock module, so its dry dock now runs in the same connected system as its berths.

For us, this is more than a new feature going live. It is a long-standing partner choosing to bring another part of its operation onto BoatSpace.

Where it started

Rhodes Marina already runs key parts of its day-to-day operations on BoatSpace. The team uses the platform to manage berth bookings, services, issue access permits and invoices, send offers to boaters and more.

Working closely with the Rhodes team showed us something clear: the berths are only half the story. A marina's boatyard has its own schedule, its own services and its own paperwork — and it usually lives in a separate spreadsheet, notebook or system.

What the Dry Dock management module brings

The Dry Dock module gives the boatyard the same tools the marina team already relies on:

• Dry dock management. Every boat on the yard, planned and tracked, so the team always knows what is on the hard and what comes next.

• Dry dock & service offers. Quotes for dry dock stays and yard services go out in minutes and are auto-confirmed on prepayment.

Why one connected system matters

Marinas have changed more in the last few years than in the last few decades. Their operating model hasn't. Most still juggle separate tools for bookings, payments, invoicing, and the yard, and none of them talk to each other.

The future marina doesn't need ten different platforms. It needs one connected system. When the berth and the boatyard share the same data, the team spends less time copying information between tools, boaters get one consistent experience, and management gets a complete picture of how the whole marina performs.
